We are happy to offer you combined postage. The more items you buy, the more you’ll save on postage.

We use Australia Post and various courier services to deliver the goods. Please ensure that the addresses provided are up to date. Once an item has been dispatched from our warehouse, any change of address will incur additional fees.

Once order is placed, we will dispatch the order from our warehouse in Silverwater in the next business day at most of the time, 3 days maximum.

The delivery time would be:

NSW: 1-3 business days in major cities, 2-6 business days in rural areas

ACT: 1-2 business days

VIC: 1-3 business days in major cities, 2-8 business days in rural areas

SA: 1-3 business days in major cities, 2-8 business days in rural areas

QLD: 1-3 business days in major cities, 2-8 business days in rural areas

WA: 2-5 business days in major cities, 3-10 business days in rural areas

NT: 2-5 business days in major cities, 4-15 business days in rural areas

TAS: 2-5 business days in major cities, 4-15 business days in rural areas

SUPs and most surfboards are eligible for free delivery in Sydney region (Softline soft surfboards are not included). Customer will receive your order within  3 business days after we receive full cleared payment.

Please ensure the address and telephone number has been filled in correctly during checkout We highly recommend using your work address for delivery if you work during the day and there is the possibility of nobody being home to accept delivery. If you are happy to authorized the delivery driver to leave the item at front door, please put “Authorize to leave” in “Order Notes” on Checkout page. If the item was dispatched by Australia Post, the item will be left at your local post office for collection ASAP, or additional charges may be incurred.

In order to provide you with the lowest possible price, we reserve the right to remove bindings from their original packaging.

You may pick up the goods from our warehouse in Silverwater, NSW. We do not charge a handling fee to do so. You must contact us beforehand to arrange a time and day.

RETURNS

If you change your mind we are glad to offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the item has not been opened, used, or damaged & returned within 14 days of receiving it. We will deduct any postage costs which we incurred from the refund (including items that are free postage). Unfortunately, we can’t grant a refund if the returned item is not in re-saleable condition. Please note that the customer will bear the incurred delivery cost for returning the item to us.

We warrant that all products are Brand New and free from defective material and defective workmanship, and we agree to replace or repair any part that proves to be defective. However, this warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance, or accident or collision.
